It looks like your VPIP is fairly low.

Meh, I think even good players go thru stretches where they are breaking even. Check this post out on confidence intervals for win rates:

I'm sure your range will still probably be large. Having said that, blinds are probably always a good place to look at. How many BB/hand are you losing in the SB and BB?

Looks ok to me Bacon.

standard.

start worrying if it lasts another 60k.

Nah, it's fine as long as there aren't too many 3-4 handed hands in there. PF raise could go up a few points though.

Your fold BB to steal looks a bit high. You also fold it a lot HU.

Folded to river bet seems a bit low, but maybe it's related to your style or competition, or cold-decking.

You might be able to loosen up a tid pre-flop too. Maybe work on isolating the fishies? Three-bet/raise a bit more?

I'm nitpicking though, because your stats are very solid. Hopefully your luck turns around.

I feel your pain bacon. Pretty much breakeven (up maybe 10BB) over the last 35k hands at 2/4 and 3/6 SH. I've never been through a B.E. stretch this long so I can't say from experience that it'll get better. But I'm keeping the faith, hope you do to.

Thanks to the other responses in this thread, they're helpful.

Here's a comment from one of Stoxtrader's bloggers. He's a pretty good mid-limit SH player, and he's going through a bad run too.

"I’m still running just horribly. Just to put things in perspective, in my first 150k hands of the year I was up roughly 3700 big bets. In my last 150k hands I’m up about 150 big bets and my breakeven streak is up well past 100k hands."

That's pretty scary, but at the same time it helps to know that it happens.

Best of luck.

with 40k hands, you can get some decent position stats to see if you're losing too much from the blinds, not winning enough UTG, etc.

you could probably go to a few more showdowns, but your stats are consistent with a winnning style.

In your opinion, what are some "standard" stats for each position. Could you look at a 30k to 40k sample where you were winning at a decent rate and let me know what they looked like?

Over the last 30k hands of breakeven frustration (at 2/4), mine look like this (in BB/hand):

SB -- (-.12) ... (early in the sample I was over-completing quite a bit)

BB -- (-.12)

UTG -- +.07

MP -- +.07

CO -- +.09

Btn -- +.10

Thanks for the help Tim.
