Another wild match, but I'm beginning the think that this will be the norm anymore. Again from the get go, it was insane. Much respect to Custom. I know he is very good and I was actually nervous for this match.
Apologies for not being able to remember all the hands. Maybe Custom can fill in the details (if he wants to).
I started out trying a few things and got thumped very hard by Custom. The cards just hated me for about the first 20 minutes and I was totally on life support. And when I would get a great trap hand Custom sensed it and folded.
I seemed to be going nowhere fast, had had enough, and felt like it was time to move. I got a decent hand (can't remember!) and decided to gamble and went all in. Custom thought for a good bit and reluctantly called. By the grace of the Poker Gods my hand held up and just like that, after 20 grueling minutes of eating felt, we were suddenly back at exactly 1500 to 1500.
Custom soon had a slight lead again and it stayed like that for a bit, but then the key monster hand came. (Please forgive me again, there is a ton of activity in the house today so I honestly cannot remember the hand!...pathetic)! The short of it was I moved all in again and it held up again and I doubled up HUGE. This hand left Custom with about 85 in chips and dare I say a little p.o'd.
A few hands later I put him all in again and it was over.
Overall I tried everything I could think of and somehow came out on top.
Again, mucho respect to Custom for a very tough match.
King in the hole .... on a Roll!
