i have been playing 7 card stud online since planet poker first came out back in 99 and i have allways had mixed results playing .25-.50 cent and 1-2 limit.
some times cashing 200-300 a month or loosing 50-100$. my results were all over the place but i sure loved playing the game.
then last month i opened up my SS2 and decided to read todd Brunsons section on hi/lo (i had flipped thru it in the past and didnt put much into it)
anyways i took the time to read it (not once but 2 times) and what a difference it has made.
not only have i been killing .25-.50 cent i moved upto playing 3-6 & 5-10 and the money just keeps pooring in. (i had my first +1000$ cash out this week)

now here is my question when the table finally breaks up i end up playing heads up and i get my AZZ served to me.
I played "darkritual" heads up for 20 mins on thrusday night and the guy took out his d!ck and slapped it across my forhead and beat me for 125$ playing 2-4.
now here is the question ~ when playing heads up should i be looking at playing a 7 hi type of game?
any tips would help
thanks

Interesting, I started playing stud hi/lo on Ultimate Bet about a year ago. At first I was doing really well, but then I took a break and came back 6 months later and the games were much tougher. What sites are the softest?

As for your question, I haven't played too much heads up stud8, but as in most heads up poker games, aggression and getting a read on your opponent's play are key. The only strategy advice I have is to bet aggressively and try to pick up as many pots as you can when your opponent has nothing. And if you get a real powerhouse like A234 on 4th it can be good to slowplay until 5th, because your opponent will be more likely to call you down not believing that you are so strong.

you Are 100% correct about the UB 7 H/L game at UB its not as easy as it used to be ~ but given the right game and the right seat there is some nice change to be picked up( 2-4 with 4 callers on 7th street ) can be pretty juice ~

but the swetest game online (where there's players) is at doyles room !!!
its like they are playing with play money ~~
