Button is a LAP.
BB is just bad. Its been 3-4 handed for about 100 hands and hes running at 95/10/3.
Everyone okay with preflop considering the loose bb and the 10/15 blind structure.
Also river, easy value bet into two players?

I know you've said LAP, but what kind of pre-flop range is button on?
As for the river value bet, with two opponents (one LAG and one LAP), that's pretty thin. I think I prefer checking to try to induce and pick off a bluff from BB or even possibly the button. If we were switched places with BB, I'd say to go ahead and bet it. That said, my value-betting river skills have been known to be off at times.

we need to know the hand range for the LAP also the bad player.
right now without the hand range im thinking they might have 8's or 5's

Raise from the sb and lead every street. I would probablly attempt a check-raise on the turn against the an agressive button heads up. However with 3 players in I would probablly just check the river to get a bluff from one of them who might be drawing.

I like just calling pre-flop from the SB. BB is probably going to come along anyway, so there's no reason to bloat the pot when you are going to be OOP with a small pocket pair. After we just call, we can use our relative position to Button to protect our hand by check/raising a favorable flop. Just noticed the 10/15 structure, so I think just calling pre-flop is clearly the correct play here.
Since the flop got checked through, leading the turn is an obvious must.
I think this is a value bet. BB and Button both sound like the kind to pay you off with ace high, and the fact that Button is LAP makes me hesitant to rely on him to bet or bluff.

I like pf given BB's description. You don't want to build a big pot OOP with your hand, but you don't want to fold either.
I think you should lead the flop. The rest looks good.

Lead the flop, button will never raise anything that you beat and will often check behind with whiffed overs.
Love the river bet.
Button has to have something you beat, and he's never betting when checked to.
The wild card here is the BB, but I highly doubt he has you beat because 8x and 9x are almost always raising your turn bet.

I didnt give his stats because its so SH they can be decieving. I believe he was something like a 45/35/.8
Basically means hes raising most buttons and is passive preflop.
