Only 5.5k total hands, so it's entirely possible that most of this is variance, but I've noticed that I'm losing way more in the Big Blind at 3/6 than I was at 2/4 six max. This coincides with the fact that I started 3-tabling instead of 2-tabling when I moved up. So I figured I'd ask for a stats check-up.

1,067 total hands from the BB.

VP$IP - 19.68
Win % in this Pos. - 26.71
Won $ WSF - 34.66
Amount required to post blind - $3202
Net Amount - -$1692.57
Difference without blind - $1509.43
BB Won/hand - (0.26)
Went to SD - 29.76
Won $ at SD - 46.34
PF Raise % - 8.15

0.26 is amazingly high.

That said, 5k hands isn't really all that many hands. I've had stretches where I've barely lost in the BB, and stretches where I've lost about as much as you have.

There must be something sticking out to you. Which particular situations are you having trouble with? Blind Battles vs. SB? Vs. Button? How do your hand ranges adjust as more limpers are in the pot (facing a raise from CO or something)?

Hijack for a sec,
Is -.18 from BB after 35k hands cconsidered bad?
-.08 from SB? (roughly 55% of the hands were from 3/6)
Note that I'm running kinda bad over the sample, .6 BB/100

This is probably the big problem. I tend to just react when I'm playing. Sometimes I may defend with a 97o against a raise from the CO, sometimes I may throw it away. I haven't really been thinking in terms of ranges that I should be playing vs. raises from different spots or types of villains. I've also had some issues with things like blind battles where I won't give a loose villain credit for hitting top pair or better for the 8th time in a row, or hands where a loose player limps, an Ace hits and I catch a middle pair and calldown against the loose players Ace b/c I'm not giving a guy with a 75% VPIP credit for having the Ace. I'd say those are probably more along the lines of running bad, but I think have a more rigid idea of what hands I should be playing and what I should be throwing away certainly wouldn't hurt.

That looks ok, especially if you are running bad.

Bump....anyone else have thoughts?

19 VPIP from the BB is to tight I think. I'm at about 30. I'd just look to defend with a wider range.

I'm not sure what good blind stats are but i'm looking at -.1 for the BB and -.06 for the SB.

Wow, i just realized that im doing lousy out of the blinds in full ring, but extremely well in short handed.

Full ring being hands with 7+ players dealt in, and short handed being hands with 6 or fewer. Im at -0.07 from the BB in short handed, and -0.20 in full ring.

Only about 4k BB hands for each, mind you.

Depsite that, im doing roughly as well at both (30K for full ring, 20K hands for SH - both at a bit more than 3BB/100). [/brag]
