Hey everybody, I finally figured out how to register on the messageboards (firefox kept auto entering something in the password box and it took me a month to figure that out )

Just wanted to make sure everybody made it home all right, I saw a couple of your names in the negreanu open yesterday (I couldn't make it, I had tickets to the Tigers game) nice playing Frank.

Anyway, now that I'm here, I plan on sticking around. I hope the rest of you do too.

Flights were delayed a bunch in Chicago but otherwise everything was cool. Man, I want to make sure that all you guys know how much I enjoyed hanging out with you. What a diverse group of people, and we all got along well. I think- and this is just me- we should all try and qualify for the Main Event- check that, we should qualify, and share a big freakin penthouse in vegas and take that tourney by storm. I mean, Jerrys gone and Jimmy didn 't speak english so well and Ferns a lady so that would not be to good considering we are dudes, but I bet Mattias, Justin, and Sol would be down to make a vegas splash. I bet Daniel has connections to get us a penthouse too. Just a thought- if you are interested email me or PM me and we will formulate a plan of attack.

Everytime I read Daniel's blog about ... a bunch of us went out after Gretsky's.... and.... after the tournament we all got together.... I'm kind of thinking... who's we? Yeah, so maybe i need a little extra time to myself but at least give me the option.
Maybe I want to come to Vegas and share a room with 9 guys....

I really did have a great time and enjoyed spending time and getting to know all of you. If any of you make it to L.A..... let me know. I'm at Commerce every Friday night.

I know, babe, that little jab was just for you. I actually will be in LA in 2 weeks but I don't think I am staying through friday, just Monday through Wednesday. Next weekend road trip I will make sure to stop in at the Commerce for some fun.

Actually, of all of them I feel closest to Fern. We approached things differently- I mean, a glaring example would be the tourney. Once Brian got all those chips I knew I was probably toast- I had roughly 4 orbits left in my stack, and that's being generous. So, I pushed the first chance I had position on Brian and Sol, the 2 chip leaders, and tossed a coin. Fern hung around and kicked and scratched, which I respect immensely, but I would rather take a nap and move on to the next project.

Having said that, Fern and I for whatever reason did have some moments that will remain between her and I that told me that we understood each other. She is a precious soul.

Still insanely envious of you guys. I know in my heart that I am just one great tutor away from being a better player. I just don't know where my leaks are yet!

You guys all rocked and should be very proud of your FT appearances. It was great fun to watch.

BTW Frank, I just took my Real Estate school test and missed by 2 POINTS! Just sickening. Not sure if you are still going to do it but I thought I'd share that tid bit. Gonna go again in a week or so.

I also had a great time and was really surpriced how nice all u contestans where and the Fcp team and all the other guys involved did an outstanding job and where really nice too.. Even tho I had an hard time learning all the names of u guys I would like to thank: Matthew, Bob, DN, Gov and all the others

I stayed 2 more days in Toro and got to hang out with Jimmy at his house (nice table dude ) , did some shopping and even had time to go up the CN Tower!
After a long trip I was back home thursday..

As for the wsop, Im gonna try really hard to qualify online... I will be playing alot of sattelites during the next couple of months, hopefully I will make it..
I will also try and play all the Neg O's I can and I hope to see alot of u guys there ?!

We made it back to Portland with some good karma, free seat for Dylan to hang in his car seat. The people aound us don't know how lucky they were. We had a great time meeting everyone and particpating in some of the late nights.

Sorry Mattias, no pics on our side unless u want to see some of Dylan visiting our friends, lol.

Okay.... I think it's time to share with the group....

During the tournament we were asked to give up our phones and were basically sequestered. Because Daniel and Ali were able to see our hole cards and also commentating on those cards live for the webcast, we were asked to have NO interactions with anyone, including our guests. The reason was... our guests did have phones and if they spoke with someone listening to the webcast they could possibly get insight on our play... ie, how Seat #10 was bluffing Seat #2.... this would be too much information to be sharing so we were asked 'not to speak with anyone'.....

Okay, it's around 5:30 or 6pm and we are on another break having an early dinner. The only player out at this time was Jerry and none of us appear to have any idea what happened. [here's where the warm and fuzzy comes in.....] Frank says part to me and mostly to the group ..... "Your next Fern.... I tell you... 1st it's the old guy, then the woman.... don't be surprised when Daniel starts tapping you on the shoulder.... (we all busted up.....

so the burning question....

I had an awesome time. Slept the entire flight home, was sooo tired. Was great hanging out and meeting everyone. What a long day .

Ya our flight was delayed an hour, no biggie though. I agree you guys should qualify, I'll be down there, so if you do, count me in on the penthouse
