This was a double shootout, and we are at the final table with 5 left, top 2 paying the $215 seat. I will show the hand in question in parts, and post results after some feedback is received.....

yep, easy fold, not close. you're either dominated or flipping. your chip position is good--no need to jeopardize it this early calling with AQ.

There is no question that this is an easy fold. You are facing a raise and a re-raise, with a trouble hand. I would fold jacks in this spot, let alone Ace Queen offsuit.
