I know his flop bet screams weakness, but you're only Q high, and not drawing at the nuts. I think I might just take the cheap turn here, and hope that he keeps the bets reasonable.
His super weak bet almost says TT to me, although some players just bet weak when they are weak, so it's hard to say which one he is.
Once you made the raise though, I think you need to follow through, and it's hard not to call for 75 once you hit your pair.
What about another smallish bet on the river, and fold to a big raise, but hope he calls and shows you AT or something.
Obviously, i'm not set in anything right now, just kinda giving you my immediate thoughts.
we can't really bet something and fold with the price we'll be getting.
we also can't bet and get called by air.
we can bet and get called by KT/AT type hands. Or they "could" check behind.
he told me the hand on AIM and I was supporting the check/call to induce a bluff. As if he was on a hand like AT/KT he probably isn't calling anything substantial on the river, but might bluff with air, or trying to push us off.
I think if we were beat he was going to raise the turn. Since he just called he A) had the T and wasn't too confident, or

was also on some sort of draw. Most guys will raise this turn here to "protect" their hand with one to come instead of pushing flops after a turn blanks.
I'd rather check/call then bet and just get a fold from someone who probably is pretty weak but might throw a desperation bluff.
