Villain is on the button:
Few limpers
Read on Button: Aggressive, but slows down completely when you play back. He makes huge laydowns.
Flop: 7
Checks around, Button bets ~pot, I call, all fold <was expecting other callers>
I don't normally draw on a 2-suited flop, but I had a feeling Button was just trying to steal and figured there were a ton of cards to come that could make villain very uncomfortable.
Turn: 10
I check, button checks behind
River: 9
Now I'm thinking that button has a K, and since just about ever draw hit (except mine), I overbet the pot and make it $100. This is the same bet that villain made against me the other night when I turned the nut straight, bet the pot, villain called, and river brought 3 to a flush. I'm betting for nostalgia, and the fact that I think villain will fold either the 10 or the K to this board.
Good?
