I played roughly 300 hands last night and was dealt 3 pocket pairs. 99, 66, 33.
Statistically, I should be dealt 1 every 17 hands, so I should've seen about 18.
Pretty sure Lee really does hate me.

Invest in AMD... it'll reverse your fortunes 4 shur.
I would share some of my similar statistical bad beats, but I am too busy getting walked with KK in the BB four times in a row in shorthanded 3/6 LHE to bother. RE: short run becoming long. I've heard from a mathematically inclined friend that in massive MTTs the "long run" can be as much as hundreds of thousands of hours of play.
