I'm just wondering how this live video feed will work, many people are askign me how to watch it. Will it just be a link on the main page(ie. streaming live video), or will people have to setup a fullcontactpoker account to watch some sort of updated virtual table?

My question has been, and I just haven't asked: will there be hole cams and commentary? and if yes to the 2nd part, who will be doing it?

I doubt there will be "live" holecams, but that would be interesting wouldn't it?

Hi Sol, it will be streaming video from a link on the FCP website.

The hole cards won't be seen on the webcast but will of course be seen on the final TV broadcast. The video for the webcast will be a combination of table shots showing the action along with other shots from the location.

The audio will be a combination of the floor announcer and also some of the live commentary done by Daniel and Ali Nejad who are doing the announcing. Ali has worked on Poker Superstars as well as the NBC Heads up tournament.

1. Will people with 56K modems have any chance to view the webcast properly?

2. Are the contestants allowed to invite a small number of people to attend?

3. Could redhotpokertour.com invite the top people on the leaderboard as a little reward for playing at redhotpokertour? (if they updated it I'd be #1 in GTA, but they haven't!)

2. I realize most coffeeshops and malls discourage people from plugging in their laptops with wireless cards, so are libraries kinder about this? Anyone downtown GTA up for either sharing a webcast viewing or crashing the actual game?

The feed went black for me...what's going on? Is this normal? Will it come back...

Nevermind, I see now. But I am not getting any sound....

I have a cable modem and the audio keeps cutting out every 10 minutes or so. If I didnt want to hear Daniel's analyzation so badly I would actually quit trying to keep it going. I have to close the window and re-open every 10 minutes or so to get the audio going again. Its getting to be quite frustrating.

Can someone tell me what the different color chips are worth?

I arrived late (i.e. now, 8pm) and I guess I could toggle forward to see more recent part of stream??

Way too many breaks that are way too long. Already heard Daniel say they've already had their dinner break.

Jeesh it's going on 11:30 EST. With all the good intentions, these interminal breaks make for poor sustained interest. I might have been nice to know in advance that this was going to be re-played at a future date without all the technical production issues. Actual play and commentary great, but way to many gaps.
