I dont know what you mean "lay down", as you 3 bet the rvier and he just called, but everything is standard except I would just call the river.
If he hit his king, most of the time he will bet out. If he has a stronger hand, he will typically check raise.
You clearly cant fold anywhere during this hand; the river is the only place were someone else bets, and its very possible he has just kings.
No fold, ever, here.

No player is bad enough to lay down AA in that situation.

I'm absolutely not 3-betting this river.

You can't fold this hand anywhere the way it played out. I'd just call the river raise, but there is no spot that suggests a fold.

Reasoning?
Its a KQ / KJ type hand way more often then its a set.
Only thing that might make me think twice is his relative position. He could have just called the turn with a set to try and get the overcall from EP.

im not 3-betting the river. i doubt he has a set but i think often enough he's going to flip over raggedy 2 pair with a K. (K9, K7)
obviously a read would help but i don't see 3-betting this river as +EV.

Granted, I play lower limits, but I don't see people raising the river after peeling with just overcards.

Thanks for the advice all, he had k3. I guess I probably shouldn't have three bet, i just figured maybe he thought i had top pair and he had two overcards then caught a king.

Actuary owes me one keyboard, since mine is filled with Diet Coke, projected from the mouth and nose, upon reading the above post.

Lay it down pre-flop snce you obviously can't handle Aces.

Of course you lost, he had the King Krabblar.
