I would have liked to have put forth a better effort, but it just wasn't possible. I only had about 5 playable hands the entire match (AA once, QQ once, 22 once, KJos once and QJos once). Every single time the flop either missed completely (in the case of the KJ, QJ, and 22) or came up terrifying (QQ flopped 3 clubs, and I didn't have one, AA flopped a paired board and a possible 4 flush, and I had slowplayed the Aces trying for a raise. Every other hand I played was marginal, and I still missed every flop giving me no choice but to bluff or fold. I'm uncertain if I bluffed myself into a big hole or if Thera was getting hit in the face with the deck early, but he played perfectly against a cold decked opponent and never let me back into it.
GG, I lost it for us fair and square. Had the opportunity to even things up midway through when Thera disconnected, but I didn't want to win or come back that way and he was cool in sitting out when I had a similar issue to start the match. See you for the rematch!
you gave up on a couple of the bigger pots too early, and let me take, i think, 2 pot that were like 300-350 and i only had 9 or 10 high, but you'd basically let me take them. my best hand was 10-10, and i think you folded preflop, other than that i had 66 once, a-q on that 3 club board where you had qq, and not a whole lot else. i dont think you bluffed enough, and basically let me know every time you had a hand you werent going to call down with.
i was less aggressive on the flop than usual, because you raised so much, but once i stopped betting flops i think you didnt adjust at all and i took it over.
listen to me, helping out my opponents...
