The Nuts
You folded a 12.5 BB pot because you had to call 1 BB? The only feasible things that beat you were another jack or an overpair. For 1 BB, I see the showdown.
screech
Raise the turn. MP3 is all-in, so he was probably just dicking around on the flop. SB really looks like he might have made a straight on the river, but he could also be betting a worse pair because no one showed strength on the turn. Call the river.
cdddc75
Bet the turn.

Hand plays better for you when you do.
Actuary
how in the world do you call the turn and fold the river?

Either fold turn or see showdown.

I'm ok with the rest.

Am I reading it wrong? The turn bet was all-in for $1.50. Less than 1 small bet. The pot odds to call are 30:1. Anyone advocating fold here has to be nuts. For a full BB, I agree you can fold this turn. Am I reading the action wrong?

no you're reading it correctly.

But if you think drawing to two outs (given the times we aren't already ahead) getting 30:1 with UTG+1, who has shown no interest in that J on the flop, still left to act, then I have no response.

Personally, I'm not that loose.

Save bets.

The all-in is not half a full bet. The raise would be completing the first bet. If he does that, you're getting about 12.5:1. He has to raise about half the time before this is a close decision. I dont see incomplete bets in limit often. Have I got this wrong?

I'm loose enough. I'm all for saving bets, but I dont think twice about calling .75 SB in a large pot with 2 outs.

Reverse implied odds.
The counter of Implied odds.
You will lose a lot if UTG has JJ and you hit a boat on the river.

Even if we give villain the first J (which is not a given), There are plenty of Jx hands our boat crushes if we fill up. Monsters under the bed?

we have 2 outs
they may be no good.
the pot is not big
we should fold
or if our hand is good we can SD.

We can raise the river for information, too.
No one has thought of that.

What chance do you give me to cash tonight?

Are you okay? I'm getting the feeling you're just messing with me now. This being Friday, my sarcasm detector is on the fritz. Raised 5 handed preflop, and 3-bet 4-handed on the flop. This pot is small?
