Villian is a LAA
KingJames
Folding 5th seems reasonable. Villian catches a diamond. He's been betting the entire time. He's probably got a big pair or the diamond flush(draw for sure).

But you have him labeled as LAA( I don't know what that means... but I take it loose aggressive) Seeing as he is loose aggressive we can certainly call the big bet on 5th and see if we catch our club. You're draw is still quite alive at this point... 7 dead 6 live. Plus 6 icon_suit_diamond.gif and 6 icon_suit_spade.gif give you the straight. I like the call on 5th.

6th was obviously easy.

thanks, I am running bad, and just trying to make sure I am not chasing to much

The call on 5th isnt that bad, as you have also given yourself a straight possibility. Even though your opponent may have a flush, he also may have a flush draw, or started with a straight draw, or had a paid in the hole etc. Nothing wrong with folding on 5th either, but calling isnt the end of the world.
The Nuts
When you get four to a flush by fourth, you're going to complete your flush 47% of the time. On fifth, you also got a straight draw, but I think you're going to need a club to win. With the pot so small and three of your clubs already dead, you have six outs and two chances to hit a club. On top of that, if seat four has an ace in the hole, he has the higher flush and you're drawing dead anyways. Even if you hit the ace, his cards below the king are higher. Definite laydown at fifth.

I fold on 5th.....I mean...you have no pair and a flush draw and gutshot straight draw against either a made HIGHER flush than yours, or a pair and a HIGHER flush draw then yours (he has at LEAST a K-T diamond draw..you have a K-8 club draw with both the J and 9 of clubs dead...meaning that the only way you can beat his flush (if he has it) is to hit the Ace of clubs or the Queen of clubs...and MAYBE MAYBE MAYBE the ten of clubs..but probably not even that card. Also...I'm not sure your gutshot straight draw is even worth thinking about...as you are almost definitely up against at least a flush draw and pair.......making that a pretty longshot draw.

Basically....I think you have to get pretty fortunate to win this pot..and if you do end up with the best hand you likely won't be able to bet it hard..while the possibility of you making a second best hand and losing a bigger pot is pretty large. Fold on 5th.

This is a tangent, but KowboyKoop, in your signature, are you the one that did that?
KingJames
Of course it is koop in his sig... he scored some of tritz's software and can see the flop before it comes down... enabling him to know if he'll win prior to sitting down... Koop pwns

And he modified the software and predicted the Texas national championship... it's amazing what computer programs can do today...

Yes. It was a $10 Deep Stack tourney on Pokerstars...created a thread about it and updated my progress the entire way and ended up taking the entire thing down....was pretty cool...lots of railers by the time I reached the final table.
