The final half inning of game 6 in the 1986 World Series...done in RBI baseball. Really cool, but tough for the Sox fans to watch. It's a good thing my father didn't wake me up to see this, because it definitely could have ruined my life.

I especially like the Miller Lite Player of the Game bit towards the beginning. The picture is a perfect fit.

Good link.

kind of weird

Notice that the game was already tied when Buckner botched the grounder. I like how most people say the Red Sox would've won the World Series if Buckner makes that play. We really don't know what would've happened.

Same with Bartman in Chicago and Denkinger in St. Louis...don't know what would have happened in either one of those games if they had gone differently.

BTW: The pug is awesome, but I miss Shakira.

Buckner got a raw deal, no doubt.

That man is still wrongfully chastised. Had an excellent career and people only remember for that particular play...sucks.

I noticed the exact same thing. I thought it was a creative way of playing out the game on that old school video game...

Yeah yeah yeah, BUT JUST BLOCK THE ****ING BALL BILLY!!!

Yeah this was the season the Angels were 1 strike away from the World Series. Yeah, yeah, but the BoSox came back to win that game and win the series. And well, one thing led to another and that's why we have the Buckner mishap we know and love today. That moment is set in stone in baseball history forever.
