i was playing in a 7 man SnG at my place the other night and thi hand came up

down to final 3

im on the button with 7 8 and raise to 4 times the BB

sb folds BB calls. flop comes up 2 7 3 rainbow, he checks i fire out he calls.

turn 9 he checks but in doing so he flips over his cards my accident.

he shows 9 2 off. i check behind him.

river is a 7.

he bets. now the pot is fairly large and i move all in for my last 5 bets or so.

he thinks about it for a long long time and finally calls

Did he realize he showed you his cards? Or were you the only one who knew?

If he did not realize he showed you his cards, i would have told him and suggested we check it down.

Other than the ethical issue what did you want comments on?
The fact that you knew his cards and pushed all-in, knowing he'd call? (I am assuming these were some really novice players)
