Someone stop me I'm from Cleveland and I know I shouldn't but I'm starting to get excited about the Cavaliers.

Whomps is a good word for it.
I don't blame you for getting excited. The only problem I can think of is that they're pretty much headed for the fourth seed and home court advantage in the first round...and a date with Detroit in the second round. But getting Hughes back is a big boost for the Cavs, and Lebron is Lebron.
I didn't see/hear -- what was the update on Z's injury? Just day-to-day?

Having a good big man is mandatory for any chance of success in the playoffs. Not saying Z is a "great" player or anything..but he's pretty good and they need him come playoff time.

The team is way too inexperienced in my mind, esp. their leader, BronBron.
AND FYI
Lebron didn't win that game, Carter lost it!
2 missed jumpers, turnover, missed game tying freethrow, & missed 3-point for tie. All-in-a-row!

Im excited to watch the Cavs in the playoffs this year. I think Flip Murray was a great addition to you bench. Hopefully you guys can make a run at the ECF, although it's going to be mighty tough to get past Miami and Detroit. I do feel like you would have a better shot beating Detroit then Miami

its weird lebron was getting hammered for not being clutch and then ESPN came out and showed his shooting percentage at the end of close games is the best in the league and no one is really close 56%

That may be true, but I would love to see his free throw % in close game. From what I have seen he is terrible from the line in crunch time. Before anyone slams me, I'm sure Pierce isn't much better from the stripe either.

I'm excited about the Cavs too. I love watching LeBron play. He makes the game look so easy on the offensive end. And they will definately need Big Z for the rest of the way. He is probably the 5th best center in league. Unfortunately they will play the Pistons in the 2nd round but their overall season should be considered a success.
And people are giving LeBron way too much crap about being a clutch player. It's his second year in the league people. Have some patience. And he's actually doing a good job anyways.
I dont buy into espn's clutch shooting percentage or whatever that stat was. It likely doesnt tell us anything. First, it entirely depends on what you count as a clutch shot. Second, you have to be in a lot of close games AND take a lot of game ending shots. Third, because of point 2, the number of clutch shots is probably low enough that any difference between the guys is likely just random.
