1-2 NL, 10-handed, I have K-6 in the small blind, see the flop for cheap.

Q-7-6... everyone checks

Turn is another 6. I check, BB bets $3. everyone folds to me, I raise to $9. He re-raises to $25.
I hadnt seen anything that would make me think he was a donk, so I folded.
too many times on PP have I been beaten by trips with a better kicker.

Except you have a pretty good kicker.
If you're beat here, you're not up against A6, it's either 67 or 77. I don't know... I think I call here and call a reasonable bet on the river and fold to a larger bet. I think your weak turn bet makes the pot small enough to get to showdown. I really think it's too weak tight to fold here.

This has nothing to do w/ the fold... maybe... how did you know you could get a C/R on the turn?

He's up against the BB. It could be anything.

54. 89, Q7, 62, 63, 64, 65, 67, 68.....etc etc

I'd call.

i think its possible he had A6, partypoker loves to do that to people. he also couldve had 6-7 and maybe was looking to CR someone on the flop. he really didnt seem like a donk to me. even if he was a donk, they usually just call too much, not make ridiculous raises unless theyd been doing that all night.

if it was a live game id have called. not on PP though.

That is horrid reasoning.

A decent player is going to more often-than-not value-bet their bottom 2 pair by leading and hoping for a raise. When you have two pair with 67, there are so many damaging cards that can come.
reynaldo124
he couldve had queens with the way some people play on PP. its hard to tell whos a decent player and whos a complete idiot in a short amount of time.

i think my fear of partypoker screwing me is what weighed the most on my decision. my strategy is to bet hard when i have the nuts because people dont know how to fold, and not put alot of money in when i have 2nd best types of hands. i just didnt see him raising that much with a 6 w/ low kicker.

Ok, first of all, Party Poker isn't rigged. It isn't out to screw you. It's all random, so get over that first.

Once we get past that, we can look into the analysis and learn from it.

So is live poker. It's all rigged =)

I'd call and reevaulate on river.
