Bigger raise on the turn. I pay this off.

i suppose SB could have AQ spades, but looks like a ragged two pair.

Call... and then swear about being rivered for the next 20 seconds if you are beat.

ya I was thinking that, but really I think that board is safe enough to keep him around, he's drawing to at max 4 pure outs to beat me I'd think?

Not saying you're wrong, but I think there's an argument that on that board it's+EV to let him see the river, because 85%+ it's not going to improve him to the point where he's ahead, he's probably drawing 4 to the straight, or 2 to the higher set there.

ten hands later and I feel all warm and fuzzy again:

I don't know. I don't like the way it was played on the flop or the turn. Since it's heads up already, I think you should raise. Min raise on the turn is useless. You've priced him in at that point if he has AQ, trying to draw for an A or a J. Should've raised to at least $10.

There is a chance that villan thinks you're weak since you cold call the flop and min-raised the turn. If I had played it, I would've raised the flop to $3, and probably jam the turn if he leads out or if he checks, I'd bet pot and try to take it down there.

I feel flat calling preflop was okay since you were out of position.
