I have now cleared two poker bonus amounts, each says I have no more points to collect, both say n/a in the redeemed column.
How do I get these amounts added to either the real money account or the poker account ?

Mine is the same way(the last 2 I cleared still show N/A), it is a bug or something probably. When my bonus releases, it goes directly into the "poker account".

Hi Mr English, your cleared bonuses were deposited straight into your poker account as soon as you earned enough points to clear the bonus. There's a communication bug between the Network and our back end at the moment so we end up manually marking the bonus as resolved a few days after the fact so the resolved date will be later then the actual date you received the money.
