I deposited via neteller. Do I still have to go thru the ID Verification? If so, how long does it take?

Hi togytobey, if you used Neteller to deposit and also to withdraw there usually isn't any ID verification required unless there is another issue involved that has made us request verification. Neteller withdrawals usually are processed in 1 to 2 business days from when the request is made.

Every time i transfer funds to my poker acct. I have to log out of the poker room then log back in before it shows up in the acct. Is there another way or is that it?

The money is going to your account, all you need to do is click the refresh button on the bottom right of the game lobby and that will update your balance. You don't need to log out of the game.
