I am trying to set up a small withdrawal from y FCP account to neteller
but it asks for a pin # and says it was email to me, yet i cant seem to find that email, or anything of the sort.
sooo. how can i get my pin number, or what should i do?

Call 1 877 797 3300 they will ask you a couple of security questions and then give you the PIN.

Hi Royal Tour, as six hands has replied contact the support team via phone or live chat and they will retrieve your pin number after a few quetions. The pin numbers are e-mailed to you the first time you make a deposit.
