I tried to withdraw some of my money on March 19th. It still hasn't gone through.
I Emailed support to only get 4 responses that gave me no information at all. They were also supposedly attaching something to the Emails yet none of the Emails had an attachment.
When I deposited my money into FCP using Neteller, I was under the understanding that If I withdraw it back to Neteller it will be instant. There should be no reason for FCP to give me a hard time.
Can you please help me out? I withdrew money a few months ago with no problem, now all of a sudden I can't and I am not happy about it.
