Full Version: Disappearing Bonus And Phantom Support

So I went to the "My Account (Charter Member Page)" to check on the state of the bonus transfer that I made a few days ago, but there was nothing to be seen (0.00 in the poker acount bonus column, and no "points display" below the acount table.

OK, so I thought maybe it had already cleared and so I tx'd another $20. No change to anything - other than the Cashier account total! That's weird - maybe it gave me a credit...so I tx'd another amount of just over $20 to round out my remaining total. Again, the only number that changed was in the Cashier Bonus box.....and no points display (even after refreshing multiple times and logging out and back in). I wasn't too worried coz I was sure Support would be able to sort it out......tried the live chat several times - no response. I then called the Charter Support number, but all I got (on several attempts) was an answer machine (5pm EST).

What is going on?

Hi Chamonyx, there have been a large volume of calls to the support center today due to some problems involving the Network maintainance and that's the reason you had trouble getting through to telephone support.

As for you not seeing your bonus status I believe the problem is that you're looking in the cashier area and not your "my account" area of the FCP website. You can make the transfer to a poker bonus in the cashier but you can only view your bonus status in the website My Account area.

I checked your account area and you should be able to see your bonus status. Once you have cleared a bonus the bonus money is placed in your poker account by the Network.

If you can't see your bonus status in the website "My Account" area let me know but you should be able to.

Thanks, you are right that's it.

Quick suggestion: If it is not possible to show the points status on the Cashier site, then can you tweak the layout of the My Account page so that the Account Information and Bonus Status sections appear higher up the page? As it is, people with out a (very) large monitor will need to scroll down to see them - and many will probably breeze straight by like I did.
