Friday's are always my busy day because I actually have to do the work I've been avoiding all week to make my stats come out correctly. Haven't actually gotten to any of that yet because I've been on the phone all morning dealing with a total FUBAR situation for one of my customers. Background, I'm in network engineering/provisioning, which basically means I make it possible for big companies to connect to their other locations and the Internet.
Bottom line, I've been on conference calls all morning because a Frame Relay customer of mine can't get their service up and running. Not their fault, but it's been hell figuring out whose fault it is, and what needs to happen to fix it. I think it's finally to a point now where all they have to do is hook up their equipment, change a couple of configurations, and they're good to go.
