So, I transferred 10 bucks into my poker bonus account, and cleared it in a couple hours. Now I tried to transfer some more, but it says I have a bonus pending. Do I have to do anything to get rid of my cleared "pending" bonus so I can start clearing some more?

Hi rog, the problem isn't something that you didn't do or can do but there seems to be a glitch in the communication from the Network to our back end when a player has cleared their bonus. The Network has placed your cleared bonus in your poker account but as you have found out you can't start a new bonus yet.

We'll get the techs working on this. We know who has been effected and we'll let you know when you can start a new bonus and we'll also compensate you for the time that you haven't been able to clear your bonus.

The main problem hasn't been resolved yet but we changed some settings and players can start a new bonus after clearing one without a delay.
