I tried to transfer some bonus money from my cashier to my poker account so I could begin clearing and I took a screenshot confirming my transfer, but the money did not show up in my bonus poker account. Is there some kind of waiting period? It's been a few hours now. Is there a problem, or is this a normal thing?

I emailed support when it happend, but didn't hear back. I've played a decent amount today and I just wanted to ask again in case there was a problem so I can get credit for the hands I played today.

Hi Nick, everything is fine with your bonus. You transferred $25 to a poker bonus at 8:55 PM EST on March 15th which you need to earn 225 points to clear. You currently need another 199.73 points to clear the bonus.

I think I know where the confusion is. If you look at your account information in your cashier area the bonus isn't shown there. To view your bonus you need to look in the "My Account" area of the FCP website as that is where the bonus information is displayed eventhough you can do the transfer through the cashier. I've also found that I needed to refresh the "My Account" area after the transfer if it's done there and not the cashier for the information to be displayed.
