To make things worse, when you write to support and they don't even reply, what are their customers suppose to think?
I like the site but I agree with others, why put up with this crap when it is not a problem elsewhere?
Hi voteforpedro, when did you send your e-mail and to what address because I don't see any notes on your file and it appears you have only started playing within the last 24 hours if this is also your account name on FCP.
Your best bet with a connection issue is to contact the support team via phone so that we can ask you questions that may help diagnose where a problem might lie. Also, the support people who are best able to help diagnose tech problems aren't usually available on the weekends so it's possible an e-mail about a connection problem has been forwarded to be dealt with by them when they are in.
