Straight flushes are a non-issue IMO (would your opponent limp in with 2c5c or 5c6c UTG?), so your only worry would be a full house or quads. Pocket aces MAY have limped here, hoping to re-raise a raise. Ace 7, ace 3, or ace 4 MAY have played it like it has gone down. As would pocket 7's, pocket 3's. Doubtful pocket 4's would have called the turn bet.
Pocket kings with the king of clubs might have played this way, or some other hand with the king of clubs, but those would be few and far-between IMO. Maybe pocket queens or jacks as well with the queen or jack of clubs, but limping UTG with those would be fairly bad IMO, so doubtful.
Looks like there are more realistic hands that beat you than those you can beat, however, there is the litte fact that he went all-in on the river, which makes me suspicious.

20 dollar or lower, I make the call, higher than that, I fold. There are just so many hands that you can beat. Villain could have been slowplaying their trips. Villain could have a club. I'm not saying I love calling here, but there are tons of hands you have beat. I wouldn't be surprised at all to see villain flipping over either an A or a 7 with a decent club kicker. Remember, you bet when the flush came. Therefor you don't have the flush.
