The following occured and was e-mail to support on March 6th. I requested a follow up earlier today but nothing has happened. My friend who was playing hasn't heard anything.

Hello,
I was watching my friend who plays through Hollywood Poker during the $5.50 rebuy that started at 9:15PM EST tonight, 03/06/06. I was watching the final 3 tables and started to notice collusion between jeremynsd, kylgu, and Surveyor1a1. I didn't do anything at first but they continued to collude and DISCUSS their collusion at the final table, in the site chat. I have taken screenshots of several of the screens, but I am sure you have logs for the chat. It was at table Helena for the last hour or so of the tournament.
If they are not reprimanded and their winnings forfeited I will not be playing on this site anymore and my friend, masteez1, has said he will do the same. Pokerstars and Party Poker have recently cracked down on cheaters, and if this network is not willing to follow through and do the same thing I will never play here again. What they did was unethical and against the TOS. I expect all players harmed by these actions to be rewarded because the cheaters took away higher places through obvious acts of softplaying and chip dumping.
I have enclosed a screenshot in this e-mail. Please verify the contents of the chat I have copied and reprimand these players. I expect a full follow up of the actions taken. If these cheaters get anything less than what they deserve I wish to have my account closed.

Thank you,
James Kibbe (Account: Adjutor)

I will not tolerate this happening on the network where I play. I am only posting this here so people are aware this is happening and nothing has come of it.

I'm a bit confused. Where did you send this information to ? Was it sent to Hollywood Poker or to Full Contact Poker support ?

None of the players involved in this situation play through FCP and it appears that you weren't in the tournament yourself which makes if difficult for FCP to follow up on a situation like this.

What we can do is make a report to the Network for the Network security department to look at. In most situations that don't involve FCP players we won't be told of the results of the investigation for privacy reasons. For that same reason a follow up to a player who was viewing a table is not something that is likely to happen.

In your message you didn't provide a hand number of a hand that was happening at the table at the time. That is actually the best piece of information to supply us with in cases such as this.

If you would like to contact me directly I can be reached at info@fullcontactpoker.com.

"I'll feed you when I can" - that's pretty blatant. Cause for banning I'd imagine. Probably Hollywood's problem more than FCP, but I guess its something FCP should worry about too.

I actually had a question for FCP Info or whoever.
I was watching a televised episode where Noah Boeken was playing. It showed him talking about playing online, and he mentioned/did two things which I would've thought illegal.

1 - there were about 5 guys, all playing the same tournament, in the same room. All were on laptops, but he specifically said all were in the same tournament, and even that they had percentages of eachother.
Seems like you can't allow two people in the same household in the same tournament, since they could end up at the same table (the final table for instance).

2 - Less problematic, but he said if they lose power, he'd just phone a friend and ask them to play for him.

Seems like both of those things would be disallowed by poker sites, but Boeken openly discussed doing these things, and really didn't act like he was divulging secrets as much as just stating the obvious.
Especially point 1, it seems like this is something that a) sites should have caught and cool.gif they should be reviewing past wins between these accounts and trying to fix them, as well as banning these potential colluders.

Thanks,
Daniel

God, that's disgusting. I'm guessing the OP sent it to Hollywood, but posted here because it's a PokerRoom skin.
