I thought i had found heaven when i saw some of the players at Celeb Poker, part of the boss media poker network. 5 months ago i made a deposit and have done quite well in there ring games, but the last 10 days i have been running very bad.
Today i found myself in aww at how long these bad beats could go on nonstop, sometimes i would go on tilt from time to time only to hit top pair or 2 pair and get another bad beat.
I played a 165+15 tourny sunday I catch 99 in MP and make a small raise 4 people go to the flop of Tc 9d 5h UTG makes a small bet, i call, LP folds and the button a very proven donk goes all-in UTG folds, I call. He shows Q8os and rivers his inside ST8.
Since he was the first player to put serious money in the pot after everyone had a weak showing means nothing in this case, this was a very repeated move on his part.
Im just sick of outplaying my oppoents and having them donk there way up to or near the final table these last few days.

My play was standard and i was profiting off of the Donks mistakes, but they just keep getting lucky and sucking out far to often here lately.
Dang, I thought the topic was DRINKING your way to the final table. Very apropos for St Patrick's Day.
If you like Donktastic players, try the new speed sng's on Party. Mind boggleing(sp) stupid plays that pay off at times. I get angry at some of the stupid play and end up winning a lot of them!!
