I just deposited money yesterday to try out this site. I played about 10 5.00+.50 SnGs, yet, when i check my account today, i see that i didn't recieve credit for the 5 dollar SnGs i played. 10 x .50 = 5. Given the 2:1 ratio, i shouldve cleared about $2.50 of my deposit bonus. Help please.

Hi Jujoki3, the cut off time for getting credit for your play on a particular day isn't midnight EST time but is a time that varies between about 6-8 PM EST. Also you get credit at the time you either get knocked out of the tournament or leave the table that you're playing at.

In your case the first 2 tournaments that you played in were credited to yesterday and the rest of your play will be counted as happening in the next 24 hour period. That's where the $.50 came from that was in your cashier account.
