Oftentimes it seems that people only complain about issues here. Well, I think that we should also point out times when things go well.
Last night I won a small tourney, and decided that I was going to withdraw some of the winnings. Unfortunately, I couldn't remember my Pin#. I sent a message to CharterHelp, and went to sleep.
When I woke up today, I had an email from Tim at FCP support. He asked me a series of security questions. I think this is great, since I like knowing that my account is secure. I answer the questions, and go out to run some errands.
When I got back, I had an email from Tim containing my Pin#.
