Our implied odds are actually lower than they would be if we were limping into an unraised pot, because we're putting in 2 extra bets initially, instead of one (the fact that the pot is larger should help us get paid off more postflop when we hit, but it won't double our payoff).
If the BB had folded, I would fold; if it doesn't get capped, we'd be getting 10-2 pot odds, which I think would probably give us only enough implied odds to break even at best. And it could get capped. (Exception: As Absolute said, if the game is LAGGY, then it's worth a call, because our implied odds will be larger).
With the BB staying, I would call; the 12-2 pot odds (or 16-3, if capped) are enough to make it +EV, I believe.
