Should I have re-raised on the flop or called and waited till the turn to re-evaluate? If I re-raise, I may be pot-comitted by the turn and so have to call even if a heart falls. I'm also worried that he has KJ for two pair.

youre really only worried about KJ or 33, but after his little min-raise I would just pushed allin since you guys didnt have much left and if he did have Kx, or draw you should make him pay to hit
