I'm against a player who limped, then called my raise. I don't like the situation at all. On the flop do I call his raise or re-raise. Then on the turn what's my best play? I'm moving to cash games from tournaments and I understand that being unable to fold an overpair in cash games is one of the most common leaks.

you're min re-raise on the flop sucks.
it doesn't do anything but price people in with basically any draw. Not to mention you only have $25 to begin the hand with.
So, first words of advice: have 100bb on the table, or play your big paira bit faster preflop...raise 3x the pot size...
On the flop I think you either fold or push. Don't min raise, cause you obviously aren't folding one the turn with that much of your stack in.
The min raise on that flop means a few things to me (without having a read):
a set, that is played horribly, maybe A7d, A9d, and the such...of course maybe a flopped str8 which is pretty unlucky...
on the turn we could very well be drawing dead. About the only hand we do have outs to beat would be a smaller set and are still obviously a huge dog.

The flop is a push/fold situation. A min. raise accomplishes nothing with your holding.

what's your read in this situation? what type of hands has this guy been limping with? would he limp w/ small pocket pair? or somethin like A7? with the little info i have, i'd say he has A8 or a diamond draw.
unless you can put him on a huge hand on the flop, you made two mistakes:
1 - your first bet was too small. that's only about half the pot and most people will call with any kind of draw there. he raised, giving you the opportunity to really take control of this pot, which you didnt because....
2 - your re-raise was too small. at this point you dont have enough left to do anything but move all-in. unless you think you are being trapped (villain limped preflop, then min-raised the flop. this could be strength but looks like a draw to me), then push back.
