Just curious if anyone knows of any websites that offer free image hosting that allows external linking (like for example if I wanted to upload a picture there and could embed the image on a post here)

just make sure when you upload, you unclick the box that reduces size

Although I've never used it myself, www.photobucket.com seems to be pretty popular. I've seen several reccomendations for it.

Yeah I use photobucket it's pretty easy and straight forward to use.
