This is from a hand I played on party earlier tonight. I am decafpoker. I know the preflop call would normally seem ill-advised but the raiser (superbob) is VP$IP of 96%, PRF 40%, Agg 3.73, WTSD 62%, W$SD 32%, so I figured KJo is good against the majority of his raising hands in this spot. The presence of chillrob, new to the table, no information, is what really concerned me about how to play the hand. Any suggestions, comments?

I'd love to. Unfortunately I don't think I'm quite computer savvy enough to know how to convert HH's. Help would be appreciated.
Actuary
go here:

http://www.zerodivide.cx/converter/

Paste the Hand History into the left side.

hit that button below there that says, "Convert Hand"

Then paste the right side into the post window...

If on Party use the HH from the upper right window, or from your HardDrive..not the ones they mail you, differnt format.

Ask, if having trouble.

what is AINEC?

and you don't have that much there. i'd reraise preflop, but cold-call is yucky.

It's
Not
Even
Close.

3-betting is yukky too.

easy easy fold preflop.

can you guys explain why its such an easy fold preflop, given villain's stats:

VP$IP of 96%, PRF 40%, Agg 3.73, WTSD 62%, W$SD 32%

super-aggro and can't lay down a hand. the limper worries me, and i'd consider his stats/tendencies as well.

oops, just noticed he's in the small blind. if you're on the button (villain in CO), do you 3-bet there?
Zach6668
I didn't read the stats.

My bad. 3-bet or fold then.

I was so busy cussing him for not converting, I misssed those stats.

holy moly!

If I was Button and he CO you bet your Ass I 3-bet, even with the limper.

As is... gosh..... I'll have so many hands to play in pos against this tard, playing KJ off from SB, unless I'm confident limper folds, I"d probably lay it down. May be cold call and c/r lots of flops to isolate then.

superbob shows [ 4c, Tc ] two pairs, tens and fours
hero shows [ Jh, Ks ] two pairs, kings and jacks.
chillrob doesn't show [ Jc, Th ] two pairs, jacks and tens.
hero wins $57 from the main pot with two pairs, kings and jacks.

Obviously results oriented, it worked out okay, but I never felt like I played it right. If I think this hand is too good to lay down against villian, I should have 3 bet, yes?

it's all dependent on that opponent.
How many hands was this over?
If 30 hands, then fodl preflop, if 300 hands, then 3-bet's ok, especially if it isolates you.
But you really want to 3-bet this guy when you have pos, not from the SB. His stats are so maniacal; however, you probably do ok with KJ off even out of pos.

coverter makes it nice huh?

converter is great, thanks for helping me find it. the reason I cold-called (something I rarely do) is that I believed if I 3 bet, no matter what villian is holding, it gets capped. I don't think he knew how to push a button other than bet/raise
Actuary
getting capped is not bad against this guy, espcially if you get it HU

KJ is way ahead of Average.
How many hands on this guy?
pokerkid
Frankly, I'm very glad the OP posted the HH instead of converting first. Superbob is the newest addition to my buddy list.
soccersox8
about 240 hands on superbob when this one came up.
