One of the carry-overs from my University days is my love for Hamburger Helper. I'll admit it looks like dog food, but I love it. My wife thinks it's possibly the most disgusting thing ever.

fry up some polish sausage slices, nice and thick.
put in between hamburger bun(s)
add condiments (recommended: honey mustard)

Its good the first 200x you eat it, after that it sucks. My mom went on a run, where she would make 3x a week. My fav was the taco mix.
