FCP 30+3 Protege Tourney - 17 left, top 3 get seats to the semi's. Top four pay.

I have about 3K in chips, above average, blinds at 50/100.

I find Ks3s in the BB. Folded to button who raises to 300, I call protecting my blind.

Flop is QsJs5d - I check, Button bets 400, I check/raise to 1000, he pushes and has me covered. 1,700 to call a pot of 4,350. I call.

Anybody play it differently anywhere in the hand?

Very tough decision. Its a hard hand to get away from in a satellite this far from the money, but patience might also be a virtue.

I would make my decision based on whether my webcam was on and anyone was watching to see the krab dance should the flush hit. :roll:

Howd you make out in the Seat 2? It was the first one where I got any cards at all and probably got a bit impatient bouncing back and forth between 5th and 7th.

I finished 6th again (call me almost bubble boy) - I was 5th in chips and the button pushed in (he was 4th in chips and had a bit more than me) - I think that my M was around 4 or 5. I had A9s in the BB and I called.

He had K9o so two diamonds hit on the flop (he has one)..turn diamond...river diamond...
