I played in a live tournament yesterday, 5k starting chips, 45 min levels, £350 ($600 entry).

Level 3 blinds 100-200:

2 EP players limped, MP player with a shortstack who had just lost a big pot went all in for 1200.
I was in the SB and found kings. My stack was approx 4k. EP1 has 7k, EP2 4k.

Do I call and hope to get re-raised by EP limpers or re-raise to try to get the pot heads up against the all in player?

How far from the money are you and what is the prize structure? If making the money is a payday and your fairly close to it then push. If the prize structure is steep or you fairly far from any prize structure this is a perfect opportunity to build a big stack since your non-attempt at isolating will look weak.

In a STT its a clear push.

About 33 players left out of 51, im a below average stack, but feel confident as I believe Im one of the better players at my table. They pay the top 9, 6.5k for 1st down to about £380 for 9th.

Then I would just call and try to outplay the field when an A doesnt flop.
