Can I call this? Inside straight draw, and a flush draw,
I have the bettor covered a few times over, and I know
that I'm gonna have to accumulate some chips in this
thing somewhere to have a chance...Is this a good spot?

You might have 12 outs twice but I think that I would fold.

What kind of hand does UTG do this with? If he has two higher hearts like A7 then you are really a dog. You have a nice stack ( as does your avatar); save it for a better situation where you know where you stand.
