Meh, really bad river card and bad spot to be in, I don't see how he could call you with a worst hand so betting is no good.

I'd check/call the river, check/folding is probably better but I suck at folding.

I'd check/call. There is no value in betting. They will fold most hands worse then this and call every hand better then this.
