Hero bets, CO calls.

Turn: (4.50 BB) [6h] (2 players)
Hero bets, CO calls.

River: (6.50 BB) [5d] (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 8.50

Bet/fold the river, he'll pay you off with smaller pairs that he would check behind, other than that it looks good.

I only agree with this line because the only real draw on the flop made it on the turn. If a reasonable draw had never gotten there I prefer to check/call against some players because they'll make a desperation bluff with a hand that missed and actually a lot of the medium pairs figuring you were pushing a draw or two big cards that missed, though even this I wouldn't do all the time. (This may not be true at 10/20 though, at 2/4 and 3/6 where I've played the most it's quite likely.)
