No.

Cap the river.

Worrying aobut straight flushes in 6 max isn't a good reason not to get another bet in getting 2 to 1.

good luck.

wasn't worried about straight flush.

I was worried about J 7 or J 4 both of which these guys have shown the willingness to play to a raise.

Stop worrying about it.

It's limit. Sometimes you go 4 bets and lose. Sometimes people have quads, sometimes they beat your set with a junk full house and you pay them off.

More often though, they pay you off when they river a straight or a flush here or with AJ or whatever.

good luck.

Good thing MP stepped up and capped it for you. What were you afraid of from the button or MP? J3 sooted? seriously, light this bitch up like there's not tomorrow. If he has JJ then he has JJ. People get lucky sometimes.

Cap the turn, Cap the river.

I'm capping all of the way. There are no hands any of these players could have. If they had J7 or J4 in 15/30 they would have hopefully folded to a raise. It's highly unlikely they made a straight flush, because 65s would have also of been folded. More often then not the best hand one of these players with have is 4's full of jacks. Plus, you only have to be right a little over 1/3 of the time here in order for you to cap.

Cap the turn and river. They'll have AJ / 44/ flush many, many more times than they have 5 icon_suit_diamond.gif 6 icon_suit_diamond.gif , J7, or quad jacks. By calling, you're missing an important value bet here. I actually like your initial call on the river, this would likely encourage an overcall by the third player; however, when he raises, you have to cap.

I certainly would have capped on the turn, but when you play it passive like that and they cap it without you, you have to think that you're probably behind. Given the way you played the turn, I probably would have played the river the same.

I'd say MP has jacks full or better about 2/3 of the time after he caps the turn and then three-bets the river. The only reasonable hand he could have here that you'd beat is 44. I'm certainly not saying fold or anything crazy like that, but I think that putting a 4th bet in on the river would be a mistake.

But one of them having J4 J7 or J3 is reasonable?

Cap turn/ cap river. You win way way more then 33% of the time.
