Full Version: how deposit bonus is earned is not on site

Nowhere on the site does it define precisely how one EARNS the initial deposit bonus, and the staff at live help doesn't really know either!

All anyone can tell me is that for every $2 "I contribute" to the rake I will get $1 from my pending bonus. Nobody can define what "I contribute" means!

In a theoretical 10 player hand let's say the rake turns out to be $2 and I was a participant in the hand. If I folded preflop, before there was any rake, did I "contribute" to the $2 rake? Do I get credit for a full 20 cents of contribution to the rake? If NOT
then precisely how is this all calculated???

If I'm not mistaken there is also nowhere on the site where I can determine where I stand toward earning the bonus.
