So, I have three laptops. I started playing on Laptop number one, which is my primary. Laptop number 2 is the wife's, laptop number 3 is "old crappy but still usable spare laptop."

After the intial issue of finding out that I need to click on Enable Statistics to get a history, laptop one breaks. I send it in for repair. It has my Poker Tracker and Poker Office clients on it.

For the MONTH it is gone, I continue to play on Laptop 2 and Laptop 3, depending on when the wife needed her good laptop. Yesterday, finally, Laptop 1 arrives, and I cheer in joy. I immediately load it up, and the other two laptops, and get ready to share the hand history directories so I can import the mutliple thousands of hands I have played in the past month from the other two computers.

Except they have no hand histories, because apparently the user information does not copy to a new system when you log in, and the other two laptops did not have "Enable Statistics" checked on their computers.

Now, I have no strong feelings on whether or not the user config should load on whatever computer you log into when you go to a new computer, but obviously I assumed it would, and therefore "got screwed" out of a significant amount of hand histories I really would prefer to have.

Is there any way at ALL to manually request a hand history from FCP for the past month that I can get into Poker Tracker? I'm slightly desperate here. sad.gif

Hi Ray, when you set up the settings for things like enabling statistics it only affects the computer it's on since that information is only stored within the client on your computer and isn't stored in a master file on the game servers.

If somebody has a specific situation they wish to review support can manually retrieve a few hand histories. Unfortunately, we can't retrieve your hand histories in a whole batch, it's just too time consuming a process with the Network tools that we have.
