I recently downloaded the FCP software and I unchecked the "Show play money" box and no cash games are coming up. Why can I not see any cash ring games for real money.?

Note: I can see realmoney tournaments.

Edit: Also, anytime I click a link at the bottom of the software it takes me to "Forget Password?"

When you set up an FCP account you have about 7 days where you have access to all the games. After that period unless you have made a real money deposit and transferred some of that to your poker account the Network software only will allow you access to the play money server for ring games and the tournament server.

As for the problem with the links I'm not sure what could be causing it but if you contact support directly with specific information regarding your computer they can try and assist you with that.
