Preflop: Hero is MP3 with [Qh], [Ac].
1 fold, BB calls, UTG+1 calls, MP2 =#A500AF(Villain)/ calls.

Flop: (8.50 SB) [3h], [4c], [Qs] (4 players)
BB checks, UTG+1 checks, Villain bets, Hero calls.

Turn: (7.25 BB) [5c] (2 players)
Villain bets, Hero calls.

River: (13.25 BB) [5s] (2 players)
Villain bets, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 15.25 BB

Prior to this hand, I saw him raising and reraising with top pair, no kicker, so I didn't really see folding as an option, but I very well could be wrong in that assessment. Should I have folded to the 3-bet on the turn?

Cap the flop. If he bets out at the turn then you can just call down.

At no time can folding be an option this hand.

if villan is a bonehead, I like the flop 3-bet call and raise turn.
If he's solid-straight forward, then cappnig flop and re-evaluationg makes sense.

with those reads, I wouldn't the turn give's us a couple more outs and the river VERY easily cancel's some baby two pairs. seems like a good hand.
